By securely placing your device on a stationary surface (using a tripod is recommended for optimal performance), you can direct it towards the desired area for monitoring. GhostEye employs the camera to observe movement and take a snapshot when changes in the image are detected.

Key features include:

• Utilize the rear or front camera where applicable
• Adjust sensitivity levels to prevent false motion alerts
• Save snapshot images at 25% or 50% size (enhanced features available in the FULL version of GhostEye)
• Share saved images with other apps such as iCloud, Email, etc.
• The LITE version is restricted to a maximum of 40 snapshots (though unwanted ones can be deleted to capture more)

TIP 1: Even an inexpensive tripod (e.g., from a discount store) will offer stability to prevent motion or vibration affecting your device. Avoid using the app while holding the device as it may trigger excessive movement detection.

TIP 2: The app can be utilized to identify trespassers in an area by leaving your device connected to a charger and pointing it towards the monitored area.
